Tim Lebbon FSIA, FCA, FCPA, FAICD, CVC
Tim Lebbon is Executive Director of Leadenhall Australia Limited, a company he founded in 1982. He has over twenty five years' experience in consulting and corporate advisory work and over ten years' experience in accounting and auditing. His specialist skills and experience are in financial analysis, business and company evaluations and negotiations.

Tim is a sought-after speaker for congress and professional development seminars. He is a regular presenter to The Executive Connection of the seminar Buying and Selling a Business. Tim has made numerous other presentations to associations such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australian Society of CPAs, Australian Business Economists, Association of Australian Port and Marine Authorities Inc., Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association Limited.

Tim is an author of the major reference works Business Valuations Digest and Australian Valuation Handbook. He was the South Australian lead lecturer in the Securities Institute subject Mergers and Acquisitions and presented their first Mergers and Acquisition course to the PNB Institute in Malaysia.

Simon Dalgarno B.Ec., ACA, ASIA
Simon Dalgarno is a Corporate Adviser with Leadenhall Australia Limited. He has over ten years' experience in financial analysis in Chartered Accounting firms and in major manufacturing operations. Since joining Leadenhall he has specialised in the valuation of businesses, technology and intellectual property. Simon also undertakes cost benefit studies, project evaluation and the analysis of companies as part of acquisition or divestment decisions. Simon has written a number of articles on valuation and the analysis of financial statements when preparing a valuation.

Gary Cornelius, B.Ec (Hons), FCTP, FAICD Dip
Gary Cornelius is a Senior Adviser with Leadenhall Australia Limited, specialising in fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice and government relations. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Corporate Treasurers and Institute of Company Directors. His background includes over twenty five years in international banking and trading in Australia and overseas. Gary is also director of a number of private companies.

David Bartlett DMS, B Comm, MAICD
David Bartlett is a Senior Adviser with Leadenhall VRG Pty Ltd and heads the Melbourne Office. He has considerable experience in strategy development and the origination, evaluation and execution of commercial opportunities. David has worked in a wide range of industry sectors including, energy, engineering design, biotechnology, education, retail, marine, IT, wood and paper and resource extraction. He has considerable international experience having worked in Europe and Asia, particularly China, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Peter Carroll M.App.Fin, B.Com, ACA
Peter is a Business Analyst in the Melbourne Office. He has extensive experience conducting business modelling and value based analysis in both industry (Pacific Dunlop & Dennis Family Homes) and as a consultant (KPMG Consulting - Finance & General Management). Peter has completed a Masters Degree in Applied Finance at Melbourne University, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Melbourne University and the PY Programme of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Gaye Edwards SIA (Aff)
Gaye Edwards is a Senior Business Analyst and Company Secretary with Leadenhall Australia Limited. She joined Leadenhall in 1986 and has over sixteen years' experience in financial modelling, evaluations, accounting and company research. Gaye has played a key role in some of Leadenhall's major acquisitions on behalf of clients.
