Experience overview

Hamed joined Leadenhall in November 2017 after over nine years in equity research in Iran during which he passed all CFA, CIPM and FRM exams. Hamed has been valuing since 2009.

Since joining Leadenhall, Hamed has been involved in preparation of many options and performance rights valuations for financial reporting and taxation purposes. He has also been involved in preparation of unlisted debt securities (including leverage buyouts and asset-backed securities) and hybrid securities valuation for financial reporting and unit pricing purposes.

Hamed has also been involved in the preparation of a number of business valuations for financial reporting purposes and taxation, transactional and dispute resolution purposes.

He continues to undertake further professional development, pursuing ASA qualification.
