Experience overview

Nick joined Leadenhall in January 2023, following over four years of forensic accounting and dispute services experience at Deloitte, during which he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Since joining Leadenhall, Nick has been involved in preparing valuations for litigation matters, financial reporting, taxation purposes, and independent expert reports.

Disputes and Litigation 

Assisted in the preparation of expert reports for litigation matters in the NSW Supreme Court and South Australian Supreme Court.

Provided dispute advisory services on several matters related to earn-outs in share sale agreements, including assisting clients with submissions to independent experts.

Nick has assisted in the preparation of several IERs including:

Financial Reporting

Valuation of intangible assets and consideration for purchase price allocations across a range of sectors including: nib, TD Synnex, Hollard Insurance, CountPlus, SILK Laser Clinics and Symbio.

Impairment testing and discount rate advice under AASB 136. Clients include: Suncorp Bank, Grange Resources and Patties Food.
