Experience overview
Nick joined Leadenhall in January 2023 after over four years in forensic accounting and dispute services at Deloitte during which he qualified as a CA.
Nick has contributed to the preparation of single expert reports that valued the financial interest of parties across a range of entities including a large restaurant chain, a medical equipment supplier and pooled mortgage funds.
Nick has also been involved in a number of disputes relating to share sale agreements. This included assisting in an expert determination report in relation to conditional consideration as set out in a share sale agreement.
